Refund policy

 

At Brillion Style Craft, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or replacement. All return requests must follow the guidelines mentioned below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged
- The product is defective
- The product received is different from what was ordered
- You raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery

2. Conditions for Return Approval

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused
- It must be in its original packaging
- You must provide photos/videos clearly showing the issue
- The issue must be verified and approved by our Quality Check (QC) team

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, share the following details via email:

- Order ID
- Registered mobile number
- Clear images/videos of the product showing the issue

4. Return Approval Process

Once we receive your request:
- Our support team will review the submitted images/videos
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process
- If the issue does not match our return criteria, the request may be declined

5. Refund Policy

After your returned product passes Quality Check, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund method:
- Online payments: Refunded to the original payment method
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer (customer must provide bank details)

6. Replacement Policy

If stock is available, you may request a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement will be shipped after the returned item is received and verified.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
- Products damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging
- Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
- Products with physical damage not reported within 48 hours

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Returns

If returned items do not meet our return conditions, the product will be shipped back to the customer without refund.

9. Order Not Delivered But Marked Delivered

If you did not receive the product but the tracking status shows “Delivered”, please report it within 24 hours. Delayed reports may not be eligible for investigation.
